Delivery Charges
Standard delivery (up to 6 working days) is £3.95 (UK only). Free standard delivery postage is offered on orders over £50. This only applies to items being sent to UK postal addresses. Extra charges will be made if you require next day delivery.
Next day delivery (UK only) is £8.50. We can only offer this service for items that are in stock. Orders must be placed before 12pm, Monday – Friday, for the parcel to be delivered on the following working day. Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, over the weekend or Bank Holidays will be processed as soon as possible on the following working day.
Any orders placed of £100 or more will require a signature on delivery. A signature will not be required for orders under £100.

We welcome orders from most overseas addresses. Postage costs are as follows:

Europe includes Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Greenland, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, S. Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Cyprus, Sweden and Switzerland.
Everywhere else will be charged the ‘Rest of the World’ postage costs.
Postage will only be charged once for every order, even if we have to send more than one parcel. We aim to meet all delivery dates but this is not guaranteed. If for any reason we need to cancel your order we will let you know as soon as possible and you won’t be charged for the items or the postage.
Returns
Items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Postage is non-refundable.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unwashed, unworn and with all swing tags in place. Please fill in the returns form so we are aware of the return or exchange required. Please let us know why you are returning goods as it will help us improve our future service. Always obtain a proof of posting.
Items can also be returned during the 14 day period to our store in Aldeburgh.
